Pink Coat

I did a little shopping this weekend, but I really did not want to spend a lot of money on things I did not need. BUT, I did get a new coat! See! It is a light pink trench coat and only $10 at Savers! (It was half off of $20, I wouldn't have paid $20 for it...)

Here is another vintage umbrella my mom got me!

ALSO.....I got fabric for a little baby blanket and some fabric to make a new dress! Yay! I am thinking that it will be my Christmas dress. Thing is, it has a lining on the bust area and I don't understand linings. But I heard that a local sewing cafe has open sewing this month on Wednesdays for relatively inexpensive, so maybe I will do that!

Getting Ready

I love getting all ready. I love any excuse to "dress up". Today is Thanksgiving and I get to spend the day with my whole family! :] What a great reason to dress up! I have more to write about, but this is all for the moment.
